Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filter Failure
The vacuum pump exhaust filter, as a consumable accessory, plays a crucial role in oil-gas separation within the vacuum pump. Its function is to intercept and precipitate vacuum pump oil, preventing it from being discharged with the exhaust gas, and ensuring that the filtered vacuum pump oil returns to the oil tank. If the exhaust filter fails, it will be unable to perform its filtering function, leading to incomplete oil-gas separation, which manifests as oil mist at the exhaust port. It is generally recommended that customers replace the filter every 3-6 months. If the industry is heavily polluted, the replacement time should be appropriately shortened.
A: Yes, our products are designed strictly according to OEM specifications and can perfectly replace brands such as Busch, Leybold, Becker, Rietschle, and Pfeiffer, with a filtration efficiency of 99.9%.

Yes, we can manufacture according to your requirement.
We are a source manufacturer specializing in vacuum pump filter elements. To be honest, we are not the original standard parts included in the packaging of pump brands (such as Busch or Leybold), but we use imported filter media of the same level (such as German H&V or American HV glass fiber). Our filter elements are customized to 1:1 original specifications, with filtration accuracy and initial pressure differential completely matching the original, but at a price that saves you more than 50%. Many long-term customers have used them for several years, and the pump performance has been extremely stable.
Although the filter element isn't from the pump manufacturer, its filtration performance is absolutely original factory level. Each batch undergoes foaming point testing and differential pressure testing to ensure there will be no smoke or incomplete oil-gas separation. If the pump malfunctions due to the quality of our filter element, we will take full responsibility. You can order two to try first; if the results are unsatisfactory, you can get a full refund.
Our vacuum pump filter elements typically have a service life of 3,000 to 4,000 hours (approximately 6 months) under standard conditions. However, the actual duration depends heavily on your specific operating environment
